Job description: *Customer management – communication with customers on daily basis, acquisition of new customers, responsibility for profitability of customers *Responsibility for distribution system and its quality – planning the distribution lines, managing the team of drivers and their shifts, inspection of point of sales *Promotion – implementation of new products, organizing promo activities, representing the company *People and office management – evaluation of drivers, basic HR management, invoices |

We require: *Previous experience on a sales position (as a sales manager or area sales manager) in FMCG or retail company *Fluent knowledge of English language *Fluent knowledge of German language *Flexible personality with “hands on approach” *Experience with team management is an advantage *Willingness to pass training in Prague’s headquarter for 2 – 3 months
